Our commitment
We want you to feel confident using ClarityForge. If the service isn't right for you, we'll make it right. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ClarityForge, which is operated by Colm Center for Collaborative Innovation.
15-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all ClarityForge Pro subscriptions and Clarity Review purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 15 days of your original order date. We ask that you share a clearly expressed reason — not to put you through hoops, but because we genuinely want to understand what went wrong and see if we can make it right before you go.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Email us at support@colmcenter.org with your order details and we'll initiate the refund for you
- You can also manage and cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal linked on the Pricing page
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your ClarityForge Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you retain access until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within the first 15 days and share a clearly expressed reason, you are also eligible for a full refund of that initial payment. We'll also ask if you'd like us to try to improve your experience first — many concerns have a simple fix we can walk through together.
Clarity Review purchases
Clarity Review is a one-time service. If the review process has not yet begun, you may request a full refund within 15 days, with a clearly expressed reason. If the review has already been completed, we handle these case-by-case and will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe, which also calculates and collects applicable taxes, sends receipts, and handles billing support, fraud protection, and dispute processing on our behalf.
